Hello, I'm thinking about partnering with an airbb company who assigns the lease to another individual to sublet on airbb/vrbo, etc.

So far the only bad review we have gotten due to it is from a guest who asked the PM company how bad it was and they indicated not that bad.  

I own a MTR management company in Los Angeles and can attest to what others have said here.

And it's worked for generations and the wealthy for a very long time because mutual insurance companies understand the human lifecycle quite well (law of large numbers), they're well regulated, make safe and sound investments and in several cases have paid out dividends consecutively for over 150 years (Mass Mutual, Lafayette Life, etc).

He works for probably 15 big investors/companies and probably at least60 other people, does snow plowing and lawn care and makes time to have most of Sunday off with his son.

I've been with an insurance company in CT, since I started my rental portfolio, but am looking for other options as it seems their rates have been going up and up. 

My main advice is: if you invest in preconstruction, focus only on the most reputable developers who have experience in your local market!

They can also help you determine the financing options available to you.In terms of the construction aspect, it would be beneficial to speak with a reputable builder who has experience in constructing multi-family properties.
