Best Insurance company in CT for multifamily rental properties (2-6 units)

Hi.  I've been with an insurance company in CT, since I started my rental portfolio, but am looking for other options as it seems their rates have been going up and up.  Any recommendations?  Second question, I have an umbrella policy, is that a good choice?  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you.
