The video was used as a promotional tool for self-directed 401K accounts which I use and recommend.I have been involved with flipping since way before it was trendy and on TV.It troubles me that the process is presented like anyone can just buy a hammer and make millions.

In retrospect, Bill was right to question the OP...Turns out he came to BP to promote some eBook he had written, and when he got about as many customers as he thought he was going to get (after about 12 posts), he stopped contributing...In other words, in my opinion, he was more interested in using people here than helping them...

1. good references- agents will quickly deteriorate their reputation if they actively avoid investors.2. we are a funnel for buyers/sellers- each deal helps promote the agent's name out to other locals thus increasing the chance for future sellers to list with them.3. they might want to invest one day- by gaining each other's trust they be a future prospect for partnership or private money.4.
