Any suggestions of the best website to get a property on the MLS?

I think we can do it for $ 200-$ 300?

Flat fee listings are a great way to save on a commission. It's not right for everyone. You have to be able to handle the paperwork that comes your way if an agent brings you a buyer. You have to take calls from agents. If the buyer is getting a loan, you won't have an agent to protect yoiu from the endless barrage of requests and documents. In some areas I've heard that agents avoid the flat fee listings, but I sure havent seen that. If I have a property that agents want have a buyer for, they call.

I've used MLS Home Listers twice this year. They were great. $295.00. They connect you with the broker for your area that has access to the MLS. The broker that has done my listings was responsive and easy to work with.

Go for it!
