Hang in - it will be your property in a few weeks, and you can go for it.

My drywall guy is hanging drywall 12 hours a day 6 days a week and is 8 weeks out on jobs.

As a direct response to your comment, I don't believe we would need to hang on for 10-15 years before selling, unless there really is another Great Depression coming (again, how do we know?)

I decided to throw one TV in the basement rec space with a sectional and a billiards table for evening hang outs.That being said, I have high speed internet throughout and a Roku+ Streaming stick plugged into the TV in the basement.

Scrolling down doesn't move the window, zooming out doesn't help, everything gets smaller but the window still hangs below the edge of the viewable window. 

I paid an interior designer to make me a shopping list of furnishings, complete with sizes of area rugs, wall hangings, drapes, etc.
