Bigger pockets help function? can't reach Submit button

When I try to reply to a post, it opens a new window, most of the window is hidden below the lower edge of the viewable screen. I can type the message, but the Submit button is off the bottom of the screen, can't get to it. Scrolling down doesn't move the window, zooming out doesn't help, everything gets smaller but the window still hangs below the edge of the viewable window.  I'm using Chrome.
