@Adam Leonti It's basically the most annoying thing one human can do to another human.

I always like to add a human element to it and have a candid conversation with the tenant why you are raising their rent and how they are still getting a good deal.

As for state reg's I would suggest your states health and human services.

But we will do some work and hire sub contractors for the stuff that would wreck our bodies.

Not the human one.

Other businesses around are all body shops, machine shops and similar businesses.However, at this point in time, this area is fast developing and the bodyshops and machine shops are starting to get replaced by housing units and other consumer oriented businesses.We would like to build a structure on our land and rent out.

I choose my current agent due to the fact that they have a large body of experience in multifamily investing but I'm starting to have doubts as to whether they are the right agent for me.
