Best way to get into real estate in Ohio

Adam Leonti
Posted

I’ve been wanting to get into the real estate world for about 2 years. I’m wondering if the best way to start out. I’m interested in wholesaling, although it seems there is controversy on the legality of it in the state of Ohio.

A little about myself I’m currently a college student and am already dreading having to work the 9-5 life. Would love for someone take me under their wing!

@Adam Leonti I currently live in Columbus, OH and highly recommend it as a good entry market. It has lower purchase prices which means lower barriers to entry. If you're looking to own property here it is great. If you want to wholesale here it also would work since there is a lot of demand, but if you really want to avoid the 9-5 life you'll need to own rentals to build wealth and passive income.
