I'm told a petition has been put together for those who would like to advocate against the one-STR per legal lot limit (I believe @Robin Searle knows more).

one thing to keep in mind, if you bid on the property during first look period, you can not rent it out for a period of time (I believe one year).

I believe most AC beyond 18,000 BTU are 220 volts, but some years back, 110 volt units can still be found.I don't know how cool your AC's keep the units, but when the AC is borderline, it's virtually useless as tenants keep complaining there's something wrong with the unit, or it's too small.

I believe that similar properties in the area are also renting for $750-800.
