Create a demo real, specific to MF, and post on LinkedIn, FB, and Youtube, etc.

I’ve been reading books, listening to podcast, watching YouTube videos, and asking my dad who is a real estate agent lots of questions about the market.

Hey bp community,So recently just watched the youtube video (title in title) on youtube and felt compelled to ask a few burning questions.

But that's just because I am informed, I understand how intelligence and information can really ruin things when seeking to strap on the good ole tinfoil hat and start shouting about whatever next doom & gloom forecast is getting hits on Youtube. 

I've been a silent member of this forum for a while, often dipping my toe via youtube videos, so I know a thing or two I'd say.What I would like to do is own 100+ units.

You can watch some YouTube videos and I'd recommend that over a book, but nothing beats real world experience.The Book On Flipping Houses is good as a starting point if that helps.

I've watched a few of the Bigger Pockets Youtube videos on the "BRRRR method", I found it to be very interesting!

We will be dropping the first episode in the next week or so on apple podcasts, spotify, google podcasts and youtube.

I will take advantage of any opportunity to learn so do not hesitate to throw out good books, blogs, podcasts, youtube channels, etc. etc.
