What can I do right now at 17 years old?

I am 17 years old and love learning about real estate and it seems like a lot of fun. I’ve been reading books, listening to podcast, watching YouTube videos, and asking my dad who is a real estate agent lots of questions about the market. What is the best thing I can do right now to be ready when I turn 18 to get into real estate. I’m trying to build a portfolio of rental properties and flip houses with my dad. I’m not sure if I want to be an agent yet, but I’m just wondering what can I do right now!
