@Bronson Peralta, Welcome to BP, you'll love Portland, my wife and I moved here in 2005 from Southern California and and we love it.Along with following Jay and Mike, you should also check out both Rarebird (www.myrarebird) and Northwest REIA (www.northwestreia.com) as they hold monthly meetings and are great places to network.We also have a great group of people arranging BP meet-and-greets in the area, hopefully we'll do it on a quarterly basis.Good luck.
