Me and my wife want to get into buy and hold single family or multifamily real estate investing. We are thinking about Lancaster because it's more affordable and my wife's brother is an electrician who lives out there. Anyone am have any tips tricks or advice about the area and the real estate market out there. Anyone had any success or horror stories they would like to share? I really appreciate your time and thanks in advance.

Hi @Eric Grundeen I don't know about that market but I will recommend Larry Loftis investing in duplexes, triplexes and quads for small multifamily and steve berges books for bigger apartment buildings. Good luck!
