Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

But to keep your head above water in property management, it's all about handling details, and software can automate that with 99% accuracy. 

There was SO MUCH that we wanted to do in terms of technology, collections, screening, showings, automations, etc, but we just weren't generating enough revenue to afford it.

I have my automated messages set up to make it clear to the guests that 5 stars is our goal, and to let us know in the messenger if anything is below that expectation, but clearly that wasn't enough to deter this guest from the poor public review.
