When going to meet ups and talking with friends, who also wholesale or do other strategies, I see and hear what they are doing and think "wow maybe I should incorporate that strategy".

I’m intending to down the road buy a lake house 2-3hrs from where I live now and I want to manage it remotely so I can keep visitors checked in without having to travel.

Wow, I fall on the opposite on this.

Demo'd what they wanted out (mainly cabinets & floor coverings) then hired a painter who came in with a sprayer and sprayed everything....I mean everything sub-floor, walls, ceilings, doors.....wow talk about WHITE.....but it worked like a champ.....never a whiff after that. 

Wow California looks like a whole different world from where I am at.It looks like your market is limited to a specific buyer that puts heavy currency on the view.The back area there is a little yard but not much and not usable space in front for kids to play.
