I want to be a Property Manager

It's as simple as the title says. I've been a commercial Facilities Manager for over 10 years. My wife and I are putting our first deals together, but I'd love to get involved managing properties for people. I have no idea how to start this. I have a Georgia Real Estate license. Can anyone point me to a thread where this has been discussed.

NARPM is worth every penny.

I recommend working with/under an experienced Property Manager to learn the ropes. If you like it, upgrade your license and open your own property management office or open a property management branch under a sales office. You can save yourself a lot of time, money, and stress by learning under someone else.
