Ray, I invest in virtually all of the things you're considering (passive crowdfunding and syndication, active direct real estate, fix and flip loans, multi family etc.)In my opinion, no one can tell you "x" is the best way to go (even though may will) because the best answer for you is going to be completely different than the best answer for someone else.
