Hello all! I am a beginner investor with only 2 sfr, but I want to go bigger. My main goal is to buy and flip or even tear down and build new. I just don't know how or where to begin. I am located in Southern California (Ventura County). If anyone can give me at least one piece of advice, I would greatly appreciate. Thank you for your time.

Network, network and then network

Seriously ......find out where local investors meet in your area. Network with successful investors that are doing what you want to achieve

Piggy back on their success, listen and learn. But dont be a taker, give something back
