Real estate is a great way to enhance your investment, no matter what type of real estate investing you pursue.Well you can learn as much as you want about real estate online, watch YouTube videos, read real estate blogs and get updates on the latest news about real estate anywhere in the world also there are schools that offer courses on real estate which gives you the license to be a professional in the fieldBut the fact is you can't learn everything in real estate, You will encounter or have new experiences often.

We do a few things to help with the process - we ask permission from the seller to do a 3D Matterport scan of the property, we do a video tour, take as many photos as possible, we do a zoom/FaceTime with the client so that they can see it as live as possible.

In addition to what other people responded with, you should have some photos/videos of the property.
