Had lots of tire-kicking but no serious offers.

I plan to buy/sell/hold/flip/wholesale/Airbnb/whatever until I'm tired of it, good market or bad market.

At this point, I am tired of feeling like I am idle and not doing actually producing anything.

From their leads they would get to get this 2K traffic, round 10% would fill in the form because as we had established before motivated sellers don't often click on ads, so all the clicks you got, are mostly from tire kickers.It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that all these people are still in business.

I don't allow my tenants to be bothered by tire kickers.  

She told me the reason she was selling it was because she was tired of cleaning after people when they move out, that she has too many properties to worry about.

Also, the NextDoor app seems to do quite well for getting the word out and frankly can cut down on some of the scams + tire-kickers you'll find on Craigslist.  

And brokers get called by tire kickers and wanna bes alll day long. 

I'm more into HI STR or long term flips/BRRRR for higher-end homes these days.CF would always problematic since 2018, if you focus on CF only you may not get the best reward/risk in this economy environment. 200 dollar is too low for me when I could make 200-300k.So when Fed pivots, there's this "transient times" when price drops, especially for the tired seller, it's ample opportunity to fix and wait a few years before the rate goes back to normal.
