I hope that EVERYONE who considers borrowing 90% LTV against property is as diversified and equity-rich with other assets as yourself.But sadly, many who go down that route are not, and aren't as savvy with how they invest/spend their continual top-up borrowings either...

Sadly it reminds me of alot of the units in my portfolio.  

@Jenna Stonecipher , it's nice to hear someone's experience was consistent with what I had heard (although sad to hear you had to experience it.)

Sadly a lot of people simply don't have it.

Here in litigious CA, I've heard and witnessed enough stories, both on the sad side as well as the abusive side, to cause me to avoid keeping pool property in my rental portfolio. 

Sadly, the average person over 50 has barely twice the amount you have saved for retirement! 

The sad/funny part is, every so often somebody puts out a post just like this and everybody jumps on board and the OP actually gets responses...  

Sadly-  despite the slick image and fancy technology platform, when it came down to the bread and butter of managing the property and taking responsibility for their actions, turns out that they are no different from many of the other lousy PM's that are a dime a dozen in Detroit.

It's sad Montana is so dang big...
