I just turned 55 and have 33 rentals and 135 storage units.You may be better off buying as many properties as possible for the next 5-10 years, then paying them off, starting with the smallest mortgage and working up to your largest.

Hey Everyone,I have heard it said on the podcasts before that the reason you are required to live in a house hack for at least a year is because that is how long it would take you to qualify for another mortgage to go buy your next one.

I have a friend who lives in Detroit and we will be partnering up on our first deal so that we have boots on the ground in the area.

I'd be willing to partner up.

I just put them up on the AMHA search myself and put my PM as contact but I tend to be hands on.

I found a MHP that I am interested in possibly buying and came here to see what information I could find to help me determine if their asking price is reasonable and how to determine its value myself. 

Go to local court website (or in person if necessary) and look up landlord-tenant docket.

It might be a wash when you add up all those additional costs.
