The key is to find quality rent to own clients.

No return on a SFH but better quality of living than a duplex with a tenant. 

Anyone have access to a service of some sort with a very high level of accuracy in regards to the recency and quality of the information?

Having a tough time getting a quality guy that doesn't break the bank.  

It is in a good quality neighborhood with good quality tenants staying there for 3 years already.

Would you sacrifice more $$ for better area and in my eyes better quality tenants Please and advice from anyone is great I been doing many readings for sometime, but I am ready to do this :) 

It could be the quality of the house, the price in which you are asking, or the way you are reaching out and presenting the home to them.

I do not use IE and speed is not the issue so much at your inability to format photos appropriately for a forum feed.You might notice no other input save mine. 

@Matt WhitermoreI would talk to someone who is not an investor but I would need to know they would understand what is important to me and be able to deal with things that you deal with more with investor than home buyers like rehabs, tenant quality and the like.  

I have seen many groups or meetups online but am trying to narrow it down to a few of the higher quality ones.
