Eddy,I would refine your search criteria if I were you and let everyone know what you are looking for...A $250,000 condo thats a 3-2 is much different than a 10 bedroom 1.2 million luxury mansion.

If you are an avid golfer or enjoy the benefits of being at an actual luxury community as opposed to many of the others that are geared almost exclusively for families with children.

I've seen some Sellers advertise it but they typically want 20%-40% down and it is in the luxury market.
