Completed 2 flips, am almost done with a 3rd.

I'm in Orlando and know a pretty good amount of the investment companies around here but never heard of this turn key type flip company.

Now here comes my issue I have 2-3 clients/ family friends that want to partner with me, they would put all the capital required to do a flip.

I would also like to flip properties down the road, and possibly Buy & Hold.

As an agent  I want the license mainly to lower fees for flipping, transaction education/experience, networking, and mls access, etc.

There's nothing worse then discovering an opportunity to earn six figures on a quick flip (yes, although rare they do exist) and for lack of knowledge having to pass it on to someone else for a lousy $3k referral fee.4.

I use these all the time on my flips where I need to keep the lawn nice during summer rehabs.

I've met with a local investor and he's offered to cut me in on profits or pay me a finder's fee if I can bring him possible properties to flip.

Have you partnered up on any flipping deals in the past?

I am new to real estate investing I am looking to learn about flipping and wholesaling in the south NJ area.
