I honestly don't care how much the wholesaler makes on a deal, but you have to ensure that a good operator that you're trying to sell a deal had enough meat on the bone to make it make sense for them.

With the would-be homeowner you're more likely to have a court force the sale.I'm guessing what @Jerel Ehlertis referring to in TX is based upon this doctrine.Thanks Tom, but while I can understand how the doctrine would apply for say the purchase of a common car, where for the amount of money the car would cost, the plaintiff could go buy the same make and model from someone else.
