Supposedly you can get "automated homeowner appointments" with this product.

We advertised and did showings of the unit that was ready and when I made the showing appointments, I explained to them we were still doing reno in the downstairs and outside.  

You will find out who the court appointed as executor of the estate (plus their address) and what rulings have been made so far on the property.

The administrator may need to appoint a conservator on his behalf and if that isn't something that they sound capable of.. or in TUNE with,, then I suggest that you contact the social worker at the hospital / facility and ask whom is overseeing his and in charge of his care, that social worker may need to intervene and to appoint a temporary conservator to oversee him.  

Any one that said "we should talk" or "I can help you find some TK companies" "what are you long term plans" any of those people I made an appointment with and listened to what they had to say.

I have an opportunity to work under a team setup, at one of the larger brokerages, where the team leader is willing to take me under their wing, show me the ropes, take me out on appointments, refer me business and we do a negotiated split agreement in addition to the brokerage agreement.  

I don't see how an agent would be able to deal with appointments to show the property and coordinate them with the tenant.
