Renter in Coma with no next of kin

I have a sad situation on my hands and I'm not sure how to handle it best so I would love suggestions. I have a tenant whose rent is paid monthly via a trust.  His lease is expiring at the end of the month and I haven't been able to get him to respond to my calls, certified letters or to answer the door when I stop by.  I called the administrator of his trust this morning to see if he could get in touch with him on my behalf.  The administrator told me that my tenant was in a bad car accident earlier this week and is in a coma.  He isn't married and his only next of kin was his mother who passed away a couple of years ago.  I'm not sure who (other than possibly the trust administrator) that I should contact or how I should handle the situation. Any suggestions? I want to be sensitive to the situation but at the same time I have a business to run as well.

Trust administrator is in charge of all of his assets and inform that person that Tenants daily obligations regarding, Mail, bills, whatever are in limbo as well as your wondering about upcoming rent and if he will be returning home... The administrator may need to appoint a conservator on his behalf and if that isn't something that they sound capable of.. or in TUNE with,, then I suggest that you contact the social worker at the hospital / facility and ask whom is overseeing his and in charge of his care, that social worker may need to intervene and to appoint a temporary conservator to oversee him.  Just make sure you leave your contact information with them all.

The trust is usually set up with a secondary person as Trustee  (administrator) if the acting administrator isn't able to do duties.. ask also who is the alternate trustee that person may be distant relative..
