Renter in Coma with no next of kin

I have a sad situation on my hands and I'm not sure how to handle it best so I would love suggestions. I have a tenant whose rent is paid monthly via a trust.  His lease is expiring at the end of the month and I haven't been able to get him to respond to my calls, certified letters or to answer the door when I stop by.  I called the administrator of his trust this morning to see if he could get in touch with him on my behalf.  The administrator told me that my tenant was in a bad car accident earlier this week and is in a coma.  He isn't married and his only next of kin was his mother who passed away a couple of years ago.  I'm not sure who (other than possibly the trust administrator) that I should contact or how I should handle the situation. Any suggestions? I want to be sensitive to the situation but at the same time I have a business to run as well.
