I have a young Pit bull as a companion animal in Oregon, I was wondering if anyone could help clue me in if I HAVE to have "pet" insurance in him because of his breed when renting?

Their toddler slammed the door into a coat hanger that is installed in the wall behind the door causing glass to break.

I showed the walls to her and she agreed they needed to be painted again and even wrote me in her threatening letter to sue me she knew they were suppose to be painted another coat.

Longest part would be drying in between coats, really.

Fire damage is a whole nother animal.

It's a different animal from real estate investing, but there are a few things you should think about. 1) Particularly in the case of seller financed notes vs institutionally prepared notes (banks, mortgage companies, etc), you will want a good, real estate attorney with a background in loans and foreclosure to review them for you.

It's amazing to see the affects a coat of paint over the brick can accomplish.I'm a big believer in the 90% rule of rehab (make your improvements appeal to 90% of people, 90% of the time).

A good handyman could probably do this in a couple days (only a few hours total, but sheetrock mud needs to dry between coats and before paint) and for $200.
