You seem confused over the difference between a real estate investor and a lender.As a real estate investor, you own the property and enjoy cash flow, appreciation, tax benefits, and equity.

But, keep in mind Redfin assumes the amount you put down, the interest rate you get and a couple of other charges.

It's extra work, with no benefit to you...and possible issues going forward with more expense to replace and a movement away from anything gas, particularly in blue states. 

It has some of the same guidelines that DSCR for residential properties for 1-4 units, but it also has some similarities to a commercial transaction, one of them being a lower loan to value.So what's the difference between a DSCR loan for 5 - 8 units and a Traditional Commercial Loan?

It's best to prioritize building trust and a strong relationship with the employee first.

I switched companies a couple months ago and a stumbled across out DSCR Loans (not the reason I joined the company).

I.e. my home office has a window and a closet.
