I manage PPC ads for investors and I would love to hear from you guys any advice on ways to go about advertising to investors.Currently I'm running placements ads on BiggerPockets.com through Adwords, with a Facebook remarketing campaigns following those who click the ad.

We would pay for the percentage of broker fees, photographer and advertising but not that commission. 

I can't advertise here so message and I can let you know about a few deals in my area.

The military renters are going to cost you less in fees (advertising, management, cleaning, etc.)Another strategy is just to rent out the rooms on long term leases (6 months+).

We've even helped investors set up successful cold call campaigns.

Good morning, I am an agent (with a strong design and advertising background) in the Philadelphia area and am looking to start a small group of investors, architects, designers and agents who in their profession focus on innovation and creative solutions within the real estate industry. 

My first letters for my direct mail campaign will be going out shortly, so I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row for the hundreds of calls I'll be fielding. ;) Actually I'll just feel better about the whole thing if I have everything in place before I throw thousands of dollars at a marketing campaign.I would like to get some recommendations on a title company in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire (Merrimack county, ideally).

Not everyone gets the same rates, despite so many lenders advertising their rates online.  

If it is still not sold in a month are they expecting me to get their place on place mats at the local diner and a postcard campaign to the local apartment complexes, hoping that someone who didn't realize they were ready to buy will bite.

Problem is you cant advertise if you dont hang your license somewhere as a provisional.
