Youtube some videos online - Agent PH was an awesome resource for me and helped me with studying for it the night before the exam.

My advice is go to rei meetups, learn from investors on YouTube and be active on the forum.

., may have to invest in BTC, but that still doesn't make it right.On a funny note, I recently saw a Dave Ramsey YouTube video where he answered a call from someone who made $100,000 off of BTC from a $1500 investment (after a lot of volatility I assume).

A you tube link popped up with a tall bearded guy named Brandon Turner with the title, The Four Quadrants of Passive Real Estate Investing…Bigger Pockets.

Just made a YouTube video about that. 

I think this year isn’t the right time...I watch “Meet Kevin” (YouTube) and he suggested that there might be a brief drop of prices in the market due to high influx...politics is key of course if people really will loose their houses due to not being able to catch back up. 

Vacationers who want to drink beer and play music at midnight doesn't mix well with people who need to get up and go to work.

I was able to finish the BP "Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing Course" on YouTube, and really enjoyed it.
