Comments per line item:Section 800 - Underwriting Fee - this is pretty high at $900, I am inclined to say this is put in as a place holder but the there are two fees inside of it, a processing fee (for the broker) and an underwriting fee (for the lender).

You'll still need access to make a repair, also check utility easements, if gas or water comes in from that side the neighbor may need to put in a gate or remove the fence.

That will eventually go bust and if you can't put in the work and don't have the knowledge to constantly adapt and adjust you'll soon be off working in the oil fields instead.

Now, last year on two houses I did that were higher up the price ladder, I put in fancy, wall mount vent hoods instead of the micro's over the range because I think that market called for that.
