A charging station?

I am in the Marine Corps and will be stationed in Pensacola, FL to begin flight school and my real estate investing career. 

As a long term investor owning properties all over the Houston area as well as College Station, I would say Indy, Acre Homes, Sunnyside, South Acres area (SouthEast) is a good place if you want to get good returns but you have to screen tenants.

Forest is planning on adding more units in station square in the next couple of years and lawrencville has superceded south side for the young professional hot area.

This fall/winter we are adding side solid fencing to ours for privacy, a grill station, and a sitting patio outside the pool screening for enjoying sunsets over the lake.

I am currently stationed in Oahu, Hawaii.

Recently several local news stations have investigated crooked contractors and they have been arrested. 

If anyone wants to pay in cash I set up a meeting place like the local gas station.

In 2005, the area between Penn Station and Charles Village was a war zone.

I am currently overseas (active-duty Marine) looking to be back to CONUS in less than 3 months to get station in Quantico.
