I think some PM's feel that the more communication they offer the greater chance the LL is going to micromanage them doing their job..... and sometimes they are dead on right.

I got about 120 people total to my cash offer form and not single person filled it out.

If you're offering the same product as everyone else then you're left competing on price. 

When that person said that, we realized how much power we had to negotiate terms that helped us reach our goals.You can't just take what's being offered when you negotiate.

If anyone has a referral, we'd be so grateful, though I realize it's a big ask to offer someone wonderful out to strangers!

I want to use the property as a vacation home and rent my property out when I’m not using it. but I need it to be month to month and every single property I’ve put a offer on  which is 5   I have to cancel because when I read the rules and regulations in the CC&R’s the home must be rented out for at least  6 months!
