Where did you get (besides Chatgpt which is where your post was written) that conservatively real estate could more than double compared to retirement funds?

My focus is going to be on multifamily so if you, have information you wanna share or want to be a mentor or possibly even a sponsor I would love to partner on some deals.

Typically with niches I have gone into, there are better ways to prospect but there isn't much information out there on this niche.

I also have a few people who have good connections that keep me informed if they hear of any good deals.

Your mentor has needs; try to meet them and develop a mutually beneficial relationship.A mentor can benefit your growth, but it's not as simple as one post on a forum full of strangers.

But here's the real low down - as much as I or anyone else on this forum knows about title, we aren't legal experts and if we were we don't have all the facts necessary to render an informed opinion.  

Find some that look interesting, write them down, find the contact information using a tool online.

@Sai Kumar Recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

By keeping borrowers informed at every stage, this method helps avoid misconceptions.
