Since your exit value is over $300k and under $600k, you have a very small chance of getting deals with such a large spread unless you have some fantastic "in" with the list agent.At ask price, you would have a 73% deal which is great in this market.I would strongly suggest you boost your offer price up somewhere closer to this number.
