Hello, I am a new member to this forum. I have learned a lot just from the forums so far. I am reading up on real estate investing on the BP website as well as other blogs. Is there any groups that meet in Long Island to discuss real estate investing? Also what books do you recommend to start reading if they want to start buying properties to rent. Thank you.
