New Member From Connecticut!

Hello all from CT! I am new to BP as a member, although I have been researching here for a while. I just updated my profile so feel free to check it out. Just a quick run down about myself, I'm a full time environmental engineer finally ready to start jumping into the game. I just started managing my first apartment for a family friend and am looking into getting into multi family rentals and SFH rentals/flips. I have just been approved for my first house! Time to start the hunt for something that fits my criteria(owner-occupy, SF that needs some sweat equity). Can't wait to meet everyone on BP that is local as well as everyone else looking for connections and willing to give advice.
