I will form a Texas LLC and need to choose a registered agent during formation.Since I am not using an attorney in Texas, I want to use a registered agent service that can serve this need.There are companies such as incorp.com and nrai.com.. but I can't find much feedback.

If the rehab is done properly from the start the annual repairs should be less then a few hundred per year on avg , and figured into your pro forma .

I don’t think they can adjust for 2/1 if it is not currently a 2/1 because now the appraiser is basically increasing the value of a property based off of what it could be, almost a pro forma, rather than how it currently operates today, “as-is”.

In my opinion, higher interest rates are suppressing housing prices, which are keeping demand on the sidelines, especially for the newest, largest generation who are now looking to form a household and move out of mom and dads (or their 8 dude group frat house, said my 26 year old self).
