What HUD form cancels an accepted offer on HUD listed home?

Have concerns about major subsystem, but don't have signed contract to turn power on for inspection. Just want OUT and to make an offer on a sweeter property before it is snapped up.

Anyone have a clue how to get a mutual release (or release with forfeiture of earnest money? Can't find the right form on HUD home store website
