The property will come with a private dock boat slip that is shared by 16 other owners (full time and part time) in the neighborhood.

And now I cant get my share of the deposit money without paying another 3%.

I have sold homes to Habitat to Humans  these were fixers I foreclosed on and were sold at very low prices in the deep south.Out our way the land I see habitat buy is developable premium sites just like any other developer would buy..
