I've looked at several properties in Carson City and one in Fallon, NV near the Naval Air Station.

Sometimes a lender will only lend to...gas stations - and not to rental properties at all.  

Currently active-duty Navy, stationed in Oahu for one more year before retiring and then planning on moving back to east coast, Virginia or North Carolina.

Some are really nice and quiet, and some are very sketchySW cheaper lots, very out of the way, distance from I95 and bayside is closest grocery store/gas station, also cheap because there is almost no city water/sewer.

If you are screening their application, you can do so with driver's license and pay stubs like you would anyone else.If the tenant claims to be military and has to break their lease early because they will be stationed somewhere else, then a copy of their Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders would suffice.Help us help you.
