New Investor in Fayetteville, NC

Hey all!

My name is Nick, and I am completely new to all of this. I live near Fayetteville, NC, and am beginning to learn about Real Estate Investing. I started by buying some books and listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast. I decided to make an account so I can come learn as much as I can, while getting to know other investors. I love learning, especially from those who are actively doing what I want to do. 

My goals are to begin with some flips to build more personal capital, but my end goal and ultimate desire is to begin buying and holding rental properties to create cash flow. I would love to make my family and myself financially free. 

I really look forward to learning on here and getting to know more investors, and ultimately starting my own investing journey!
