I wanted to personally thank Bryan Alenky for his very generous $330 donation to BiggerPockets a few days ago.While not a non-profit, BiggerPockets has elected not to profit off of promoting seminars, bootcamps, webinars, or courses from the guru crowd, a decision that likely costs us millions of dollars every year.

Look to FHA at 97%, ask about VA at 100%, ask about non-profits whoprovide soft seconds and purchase money grants.But, I never relied on any such programs to do a tenant purchase transaction as one day programs are offered and three years later, they may not be there.

The feds are not always required to take the highest price from any closed bid, they can sell to any organization that offers the highest public benefit.For commercial properties, I would look at the post offices, as many are scheduled to be closed.

My broker just called me and said that she wants to start a property management company and wants me to manage the day to day operations of that part of the company, I have never managed a large amount of houses so I was trying to see if anyone had any tips or could point me in a direction to learn more about the property management business, (rates where you are, software that may be beneficial or just more information ,) I live in Kansas City Missouri , I know she told me that the key is staying organized because we can be audited by MREC anytime.Thanks In Advance ,Adrian Williams
