I wanted to personally thank Bryan Alenky for his very generous $330 donation to BiggerPockets a few days ago.

While not a non-profit, BiggerPockets has elected not to profit off of promoting seminars, bootcamps, webinars, or courses from the guru crowd, a decision that likely costs us millions of dollars every year. We are certainly monetizing the site, but every donation - large and small - helps us further our development needs.

If you've found the site to be helpful in your real estate business and are interested in giving back to BP, we accept donations of any size!

Either way, be sure to out the donor roll to see all those who have given to the site with no expectation of anything in return (other then the nifty donor badge on their profile and forums posts).

hey guys, thanks....just paying it back josh...i walked out of a closing this week with a pretty decent check..imagine if we all just donated even 1% of those checks back to bp?!?! i've been on this site for about a year and have learned so much, and certainly profitted because of it...i'm just happy bp has put me in the position that i'm in, where i can donate! thanks again josh, and everyone else on bp that's helped me so far..
