Hello everybody, of course we were working during last 5 years with some retailers implementing loyalty programs based on proximity marketing tools, and currently we are working for airports, transportation systems and other venues....We had the opportunity to test and compare the tree main technologies availables: ibeacon, wifi-routers and Seeketing.Not all strategies are easy to implement, and the results are very different (ibeacon < 1% of total customer engaged, wifi-router/social wifi <10%, Seeketing <70% of total customer engaged)... so more than 30 projects and six years of experience doing a lot of things... happy to share with you any detail if you are interested.Regards

I’m mainly searching for a mentor in the local area.

Often your jurisdiction will require a separate T off the main line, which would involve trenching to get to a 2nd meter. 

I guess it is a number thing, which leads me to one last question (I promise not to bug you too much):  How do you allocate your time efficiently; is it heavily invested in crunching numbers and finding the right piece of property to invest in, or do you spend more time on the rehab component of the project itself?  

My main income is from rentals.

My main hesitation is that it is in a lower-income area.

It is not taken care of at all, great colonial, and it's in the middle of my towns main street/downtown area surrounded by great houses. 

In search of my first flipping project, I have been beaten to the punch on 3 occasions now mainly because I believe other investors are finding out about these 'deals' prior to it getting to me or my agent through local wholesalers.

Mainly because syndicators who advertise deals are so far above the average investor that they arent going to need your help.
