Tenants know when they are not paying market rate and should not bat an eye at it.  

Nonetheless, I now have my real estate license and I will be working part-time until the real estate commission replaces my current pay.In the meantime, I have been keeping an eye on my spending.

Sometimes under a parents watchful eye is much harder than failing on your own.

Those with an eye on recent history can't be blamed for thinking current market conditions are nearing their endgame, with rapid price appreciation and fierce competition for homes eerily reminiscent of the late stages of the mid-2000s housing boom.

There are a few properties that I've got my eye on that seem to be really positive - affordable with cashflow - but I don't know the market there well.

It's as if you were given the ability to see through others eyes and skin into what their motives are, their true thoughts and beliefs. 

My parents do have a short-term one, so I'll be looking at it from through my eyes.

As far as areas outside of Indy - there are much less competitive markets close-by for sure.If you're looking to get into buy and hold rentals - areas I've been keeping my eye on is 16 Tech and Riverside.
