I would wait until Monday afternoon to check in if you do not get a call back Monday morning.

Despite that, they were always surprised when we showed up at 2:00 pm on a Thursday afternoon and had law enforcement escort everyone out. 

The first two sites will broadcast the vacancy to a number of other sites to get maximum exposure.I agree with @Dan Vleck that a phone screen is an important start.Those that pass the phone screen I told about the showing -- the last time I had an opening I did one group showing on a Saturday afternoon (to drum up some excitement and a bidding war).

They said they could be there tomorrow afternoon.  

I will head over to the County Clerk's office this afternoon and ask a few questions and visit the neighbors too...

Mornings to early afternoon (10am - 2pm) were the most effective times of day to place the calls.

Say Monday afternoon after 12pm MST/2pm EST. 

In the end though, since I was not positive what the law would say here, I agreed to be at the house to take the delivery/install (which meant I had to take the afternoon off from my full-time job).I have researched about this quite a bit; however, I can't find anything definitive on this.
