I don't know what the angle would be for listing a house for sale that isn't legit.

I'm only seeing up to around 0.5% in the units I've been seeing.I'm willing to go out as far as Emmett/Horseshoe Bend, but even casting the net that wide hasn't been very successful, either.

I had my FHA loan for about 5 months when the FHA came out with the FHA Streamline refi process and that triggered a slew of mailers from a wide array of companies.  

There are absolutely fantastic properties, on and off market, catering to a unique wide range of resident demographics.

I am sure you will be able to meet the right people through BP and gain a wide variety of knowledge from them.

Hi @Igor Nastaskin, I'll speak from a slightly different angle here since @Corey Hawkinson, @John Mocker, and @John Warren have illuminated some excellent points already.I own a fourplex being (illegally) used as a homeless/drug convalescence center near other properties and it has destabilized the rest of the area. 

It covers a wide range of costs and helped me know where to look for additional costs in my rehab.

I started in January and boy was it a headache; An inattentive Broker coupled with Covid19 and a city wide shutdown can certainly set you back.
